Exchange Policy

At THE WRITE SPOT, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. This Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed on https://thewritespot.in.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • A wrong or damaged product was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • Product variant mismatch (if applicable)
2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Customised/personalised items
  • Used or opened products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)
3. How to Request an Exchange

To raise an exchange request:

  • Share order number, issue details, and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
Our team will review and respond within 1–2 working days.
4. Return Pickup & Processing
  • If approved, a pickup will be arranged (where serviceable).
  • The item must be unused and packaged properly.
  • After inspection, the replacement will be shipped (subject to stock availability).
  • If the item is unavailable, you may opt for another product or store credit.
