3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as mentioned on the product page.
3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.3 We accept payments through:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (if applicable)

3.4 Your order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

4.1 After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS, which is an acknowledgment but not final acceptance.

4.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

4.3 Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.2 Delivery timelines depend on the shipping location and courier service availability (generally 3–7 working days).
5.3 Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistics issues.

5.4 Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

6.1 We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect

6.2 Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with photos/videos as proof.
6.3 Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by invoice.
6.4 Customised/personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

6.5 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

7. Personalised & Custom Orders

7.1 For customised gifts, artwork, or print items, customers must verify the design proofs shared.
7.2 Once approved, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

7.3 Minor variations in colour, font, or finishing may occur.
